Yong Kim did a great job as a new sales rep. The Q50 we wanted to look at wasn’t on the lot, he kept his composure as we tried to find it. From start to finish it was a bad experience. The sales manager Matt was to say the least incompetent. After we purchased the qx80 , it was a week later and an email from Nissan corporate, did he send the manager Matt was to say the least incompetent. After we purchased the qx80 , it was a week later and an email from Nissan corporate, did he send the paperwork to The correct person. He stated he was off when we can in to purchase so everything got delayed by a week. Had the vehicle a month now and still do not have a tag. We sat in the office for over two hours to do a simple transaction. I can not in good conscience recommend this dealership. I would drive to Knoxville or Chattanooga before I would purchase from Cool Springs. The salesman Jose, did the best he could but two hours to do paperwork is beyond ridiculous. More

No one took my call or called me back. * update I decided to change the rating to a 1. After my initial review I was invited to call the dealership. No one took my call or called me back. However, due Infinity of Cool Springs making a clerical error I had an opportunity to speak with Shon. To be clear, I don’t think Shon is a poor employee. He took the time to speak with me and listen to my concerns. But what he told me illustrates and culture of deception and deceitful sales tactics with permeate the Dealership. He is so used to explaining away taking advantage of people, it seems common for him to do so. Examples of this would be Shon explaining the difference between the listed price and -the actual sales price. They are not the same and buyers should be aware. Shon went on to explain how despite that sales tactic, there is print which “covers” the dealership - perhaps. When it comes to add ons, I was told that if I didn’t buy them, I couldn’t complete the sale. This is at best un-ethical if not illegal. Did I have the opportunity to walk? Yes. But, A buyer shouldn’t be penalized for wanting to purchase what the dealership has to offer. Again, Shon says they are “covered” - perhaps. Shon went on to share a story about how his wife insists on buying cars every three years and the the process is not a pleasant one. When it comes to Infinity of cool Springs, he is correct. My experience at Gallatin Subaru and Beamon Toyota was much better and if you have the opportunity, shop at those dealerships first. In other words, take Shon’s advice. Overall, my experience was good but there were a couple disappointing things to report. 1. I learned about my car through a ‘Carfax” ad on Facebook. The ad I saw did not mention that the listed price depended on a $500 trade in credit. The result was that as I started the paperwork the price seemed to keep going up which made me feel like Managemnt was not acting in good faith. 2. I was forced to buy the Ikon Tech device. I was told it was already installed and had to purchase it. At $700 it should be listed in the Ad. More

My coupe was serviced on 1.15.2021 for oil change and tire rotation. Thank you Terron for for your courtesy and concern. There were no issues during my visit.
