Mike has always been great to work with, I take my SUV to him all the time. This time I need to have new tires installed (and quickly). My experience from start to finish with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was exceptional. I walked in the door to buy a used car, but the way I was treated you would think I was purchasing their top of the Clarendon Hills was exceptional. I walked in the door to buy a used car, but the way I was treated you would think I was purchasing their top of the line vehicle off the showroom floor. I was treated courteously from the girls at the reception desk, to the salesman on the floor, to the parts manager in the service department. Peter Korallus, the owner, even took the time to come out and show my son a few hockey tips. Time he did not have to spend as I had already purchased the car. I will without a doubt buy my next car from this dealer. This was on the heals of being treated very poorly by a dealer across the street who apparently have a distinctly different philosophy on selling cars. I will never buy a vehicle from any McGrath dealership. When I had a minor problem with the car a few weeks later, Infiniti took steps to get the problem corrected immediately and once again acted like the first class dealership that they are. Even the gentleman vacuuming the carpets in the service area went out of his way to smile and open the door for me as I walked through. More

Walk in oil change service, all staff was pleasant and easy to work with. Convenient after work hours, recommended tire rotation to be completed at the same time and offered free coupon. I stopped by for an oil change without an appointment. While my car was being serviced, I got a courtesy drop off to a nearby market, and they picked me up when I was finished shopping.
