My service for oil and a brake check on Saturday was seamless. Mike Harlow is honest, expert, and always takes great care of me and my car. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. Assad ordered me Infiniti aftermarket parts with a great price for them and installation. Mike gave me a loaner car while they worked on mine. The car was done sooner than even promised. Service was prompt, professional and personable. I was treated with respect. The listening skills of Lance, my service consultant and his patient, informative answers to my several questions were excepti treated with respect. Great experince.Lance was very professional. He greeted me when I dropped the car off and when I came back to pick it up. He walked me to the cashier and answered any questions I had. Went in for post sales installation of accessories and a software update that the car indicated it needed. Some of the accessories were fitted however the dealership had received the wrong mud guards for m software update that the car indicated it needed. Some of the accessories were fitted however the dealership had received the wrong mud guards for my vehicle so I will need to visit again when correct product is delivered.
