Infiniti Elite Protection Coverage is Useless Went to this location on Sept. 28th due to the fact that my license plate bulb bracket was broken. I was told that the car was no longer under a “basic” warranty and that the part wouldn’t be covered. I was told that neither the CPO warranty or my Elite Protection warranty that i purchased would cover it due to it being considered “trim”. I explained that it had been replaced once before under warranty. Basically told me that the Elite Protection warranty doesn’t cover this despite the fact that it should. I asked him if he could check on this and he told me that he was “pretty sure” that it wasn’t covered. Way to go on the customer service. Not a happy customer. Will never buy an Infiniti again and certainly not from Clarendon Hills Infiniti. More
Stepping up. Customer-first attitude Just wrote a review about a new (used) car we bought from Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. As many would do, our first stop in the car was to our regular Just wrote a review about a new (used) car we bought from Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. As many would do, our first stop in the car was to our regular mechanic. He stated that the car was "beautiful, but it's going to need a brake job very soon." He suggested we take it back to the dealer. Joe Belmonte's team did a great job..especially Mike Harlow. I don't want to get into anything too technical, but they showed me that the front brakes were fine, and the rear brakes, while worn, were actually well within the parameters for selling the car. However, they wanted our recent purchase to be a great experience. So, even though they were not technically required to do the job, they cheerfully provided a the full (single axle) brake job (for a very steep discount). While they were at it, they also replaced all the lug nuts, did an oil change and replaced the air filter...gratis. What a great, customer-first experience. They even gave me the used brake pads so that I could go "have a chat" with our regular mechanic. Thanks, guys! More

Picking up a vehicle after service should be a friction-less experience and not take nearly one hour to complete. Telling a customer...."We can't find your paperwork, so you will have to come back tomorrow."....or "You need to call the service adviser at home to find out what she did with your paperwork."...or..."It's going to take awhile to get your car as we can't find your key."......"The manager is too busy to talk with you."....are not phrases I expect to hear at an Infiniti dealer. To make matters worse, there was never a thank you or apology for the encounter....aside from the service adviser (who was truly exceptional). More

"Worth the Trip" We came from Richton Park,IL to purchase our QX60 last June from Bill Mullarkey, " Great Guy". When ever I need service he's the reason I don't hesita We came from Richton Park,IL to purchase our QX60 last June from Bill Mullarkey, " Great Guy". When ever I need service he's the reason I don't hesitate to make the trip back to Clarendon Hills dealership. He'll make sure the staff will take good care of us. We had a issue with our QX60. He and the used car manager explained clearly how to solve the problem and made recommendations. They went out of there way to make me comfortable and even offer a carwash. Thats why its "Worth The Trip" for great service. "I'LL BE BACK" LOL More
