The service department follow-up was poor. I was told the part would arrive in two days. I had to call back four days later to find out about the part delay. Lisa Krop and the Infiniti of Clarendon hills did an amazing job in every way to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted and that it was shipped to me as fast as possible. After my girlfriend has our baby amazing job in every way to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted and that it was shipped to me as fast as possible. After my girlfriend has our baby ill be looking to buy another vehicle from them in the future. Lisa was a dream to work with and kept me informed every step of the way even on her days off, it was the best experience I could've asked for buying from out of state. I do not like the fact that they mark up the qx60 by up to 15000 per car. That is somewhat offset by offering higher trade in values. Had Lisa not been helping me I dont think I would have tried to buy a c to 15000 per car. That is somewhat offset by offering higher trade in values.
