From the moment we arrived Luke was abrasive, he was annoyed that because of the rain we were running 10 min late. My dad and I proceeded with a test drive despite his dismissive remarks about the hood annoyed that because of the rain we were running 10 min late. We were then less than a minute into our test drive when my dad noted that all of the buttons were pretty worn down and the car was missing the push start button as well. Luke from the back seat starts to rail into us about how the buttons are all cheap and can be easily replaced and how we clearly don't understand how good of a deal this car is. My dad proceeds to complete a legal u-turn on Pasquinelli Dr, to end the test drive because Luke's behavior and abrasive tone were making us uncomfortable. That's when Luke went from just an unpleasant man to belligerent. He raised his voice and berated my dad about how he was going to report him to the police for executing a u-turn. Thank goodness we were only a few blocks away because he continued to rant at us and told us never to come back because they don't do business with our kind. Don't worry Luke, I wouldn't buy my dream car from you even if you were only selling it for a dollar. More
