I have been in the market for an Infiniti G37x for the past several months. This was the first car dealership that was always honest and upfront during the entire process. Steve Zeiter was our first sales past several months. This was the first car dealership that was always honest and upfront during the entire process. Steve Zeiter was our first salesperson. I was trading in two vehicles, one was my daily driver the other was my toy (Mustang). Steve personally contacted a speciality auto dealer to try to get me top dollar for my Mustang. During the process of trying to convince my wife over two weeks, Steve keep in contact with me by cell phone, e-mail and even text messages. He was always available to answer any of my questions. We were informed of a special sale they were having for a lease on the car I wanted. They had one left with all the options I desired. Steve was out of town and I did not want to miss out on buying the car. One of Steve's partners, George Charalampous was there to help me out with my purchase. He went above and beyond during the process and keep me informed and happy. George even called Steve on his vacation to let him know that I finally bought the car. George then gave me a box and helped me transfer everything from my two cars. He even had a porter follow me home with a truck to pick up my extra wheels for the Mustang, so I would not have to make an extra trip. After the sale George introduced me to Assad Hamzeh. Assad sat with me and reviewed any questions I may have about service and my vehicle. He then set up my first free oil change and did something I have never encountered when buying a car. He went over every feature of my car from little things like opening the gas door to setting up my bluetooth and my seating memory on the key fob. I left knowing how to use every amazing option my new Infiniti had to offer. More

Bob, from the moment we met him, went above and beyond. I loved that we negotiated via email as my husband and I just couldn't make it there more than once given our young boys and my husband's schedule. We don't live close to the dealership, so Bob met me close to my home to give me/pick up a loaner when my new car went in for service to have some of the new options added which we had purchased. My wife and I were researching new vehicles and had the JX in our consideration set, so we visited the dealership. My wife wanted to drive the JX, take notes about her experience with the vehicle and then JX in our consideration set, so we visited the dealership. He fully explained every option, knob and button on the vehicle. He took his time and was very thorough. He answered all the follow up questions she had and never rushed us to a purchase. In fact, we walked out of the dealership on our first visit without giving Bob our phone number or even our last name. He couldn't constantly call us and pressure us as we have experienced at other places. After searching through every car in the class, we settled on the JX. Obviously because it was the right car, but also because of Bob. My wife told me she wanted to purchase the JX, but only if we went to purchase it from Bob. It was his patience and knowledge of the vehicle that impressed her the most. Bob focused on her as the car buyer and that meant a lot to her. Most dealers barely acknowledge the women in the transaction. We had many trips to other dealerships where she was ignored! But not with Bob! After our pleasant purchase experience we were introduced to Assad. Another example of high quality customer service. The vehicle we purchased had a lot of "technology" that we had to learn. Assad took the time to help us understand every little gadget. As we have began to drive the vehicle, we have found areas we forgot how to use. A quick drive in to the dealership or a phone call to Assad and we once again are educated on what to do. Assad is attentive, proactive and patient as we learn about our new car. He gives us the insights to how best to take advantage of the features. These two gentlemen come highly recommended from my wife and myself. I may even buy another Infiniti in the near term because of how successful this purchase was. I have bought many cars in my life, but this was the best purchase....by far! More
