Lnace was exceptional with his service.. I went to the dealership without an appointment and thought that I would not get in.. Lance handled everyhing with professionalism and friendliness that I left th dealership without an appointment and thought that I would not get in.. Came in unannounced with check engine light on. They had me in a loaner and back on the street in less than half hour. Very friendly and helpful. Had my car back in two days. Most of them talk to my husband rather than to me and I'm the one asking the questions and shopping for the car- Bob is the only sales guy I've come across that treats me like I can make an intelligent decision about cars (even if he has to answer a lot of questions). I really appreciated how patient he was with me and made it painless to agree upon a price we could both live with. If you're going to buy Infiniti, do yourself a favor and talk to Bob. More

They got us in immediately for proactive service, gave us the keys to a new loaner, got Clarendon Hills and the experience was the same; excellent.
