I usually dread dealing with car salesman. As we looked for a new car for my wife, my experiences at other dealers lived up to my very low expectations. We eventually left that day with a very competitive quote that, after numerous attempts, no one could beat. Eric was personable and extremely accommodating and Jacob was the nicest and most transparent finance person I'd ever dealt with. I did not feel any pressure at any point and the facility was clean and comfortable. BROUGHT MY 2008 FX35 IN FOR A DASH BOARD ISSUE AND WAS TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOM TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOMETER ORDER PARTS AND GOT TO WORK ON THAT AS WELL. I HAD MY CAR BACK THE NEXT DAY. Eric was helpfuln throughout the buying processmaking sure that all my questionswere answered. Once I purchased the vehicle, he showed me every feature and even programmed my phone to the Blue Tooth. I really appreciated his attention to detail and his follow up after the sale. Within the first month he called to see how I "liked the Durango and told me to call him in the future if I had any questions or problems. About two weeks later, I had a small problem with the window tinting and called Eric. He got back to me within a day after he researched my question and helped me find a solution. Overall I'm delighted with my experience, especially with Eric's performance, and when I'm ready to purchase another car I will certainly make Infinity of Clarendon Hills and Eric my first stop. I was in chicago for a weekend to buy a car for my parents. Due to the time crunch and a wasted day from other dealers I was in a rather tight spot.
