Bob, from the moment we met him, went above and beyond. I loved that we negotiated via email as my husband and I just couldn't make it there more than once given our young boys and my husband's schedule. My wife and I were researching new vehicles and had the JX in our consideration set, so we visited the dealership. My wife wanted to drive the JX, take notes about her experience with the vehicle and then JX in our consideration set, so we visited the dealership. My wife wanted to drive the JX, take notes about her experience with the vehicle and then contemplate which vehicle would be best. Bob gave her a great sales experience. He fully explained every option, knob and button on the vehicle. He took his time and was very thorough. He answered all the follow up questions she had and never rushed us to a purchase. In fact, we walked out of the dealership on our first visit without giving Bob our phone number or even our last name. He couldn't constantly call us and pressure us as we have experienced at other places. After searching through every car in the class, we settled on the JX. Obviously because it was the right car, but also because of Bob. My wife told me she wanted to purchase the JX, but only if we went to purchase it from Bob. It was his patience and knowledge of the vehicle that impressed her the most. Bob focused on her as the car buyer and that meant a lot to her. Most dealers barely acknowledge the women in the transaction. We had many trips to other dealerships where she was ignored! But not with Bob! After our pleasant purchase experience we were introduced to Assad. Another example of high quality customer service. The vehicle we purchased had a lot of "technology" that we had to learn. Assad took the time to help us understand every little gadget. As we have began to drive the vehicle, we have found areas we forgot how to use. A quick drive in to the dealership or a phone call to Assad and we once again are educated on what to do. Assad is attentive, proactive and patient as we learn about our new car. He gives us the insights to how best to take advantage of the features. These two gentlemen come highly recommended from my wife and myself. I may even buy another Infiniti in the near term because of how successful this purchase was. I have bought many cars in my life, but this was the best purchase....by far! More

We were in the market for an Infiniti JX. My wife spoke to a friend of hers who strongly encouraged us to call Bob Polanek at Infiniti of Clarendon HIlls. We live in Lisle and have an Infiniti dealer clos to a friend of hers who strongly encouraged us to call Bob Polanek at Infiniti of Clarendon HIlls. We live in Lisle and have an Infiniti dealer close to us, but we decided to take her referral and give Bob a call. Without stepping foot into the dealership Bob and I were able to nail down the deal. Bob was very personable, easy to work with and by far made for the easiest car purchase experience I have ever had. Upon meeting Bob the day I was to pick up the vehicle, I again was greeted with a great experience. Bob introduced me to the owner who personally told me I could call him with any questions or issues; showed me where his office was and made sure I knew who I could call if there was ever a problem. I have never been given that sort of treatment and I hope to have it as I continue my relationship with Infiniti. More
My husband and I visited Infiniti of Clarendon Hills a few weeks ago to look for a new SUV to lease. We initially spoke with Steven on the phone but he was tied up with another customer that day so we we few weeks ago to look for a new SUV to lease. We initially spoke with Steven on the phone but he was tied up with another customer that day so we were introducted to Erik Eckert. Erik was very professional, eager without being over-bearing and was very courteous in listening to our concerns and answering our questions. When he was not sure, he was honest to admit it but also made sure to find out the answer for us. We test drove the Infiniti JX35 and the Infiniti FX. We liked both cars, but we decided to go with the JX35. We had already test drove different SUVs and went to several other dealers prior to coming to Infiniti. After driving the JX and getting the feel of all its luxury, convenience and technology features, it felt right and we knew this was the car we wanted. Now comes the tougher part - the numbers! Erik worked patiently with us to get us a good deal despite not having that much money to put down and finding the combination of color/packages that we wanted. He helped proposed different options together with his Manager, Joe Fruzyna. It took me and my husband a while to think through all the options and to get to that comfort zone but Joe and Erik gave us the time to think it through and patiently answered all our questions. We were very hesistant at first, since this was our first luxury vehicle so it was a huge financial commitment but with Erik and Joe's help, we're glad we made the decision to go with Infiniti. After we made our purchase, Erik called the following week to check and make sure that we're all set and we're enjoying our brand new JX35 - and we sure are! More

We felt that they listened to our needs, worked with us in order to get us a good deal and courteously followed-up to make sure everything is in order and that we are happy with our purchase. By far, this is the best dealership experience that my husband and I had in so many years. Assad is very knowledgeable, courteous and personable. He really takes the time to make sure you understand and patiently listens and answers all our questions. With all the features that Infiniti has, it can be quite overwhelming but Assad helped made it easy to ease in into our new vehicle. Thanks Assad and keep up the good work! When it comes to dealing with the Finance Manager, I usually encounter a stern and grim personality, not Bill! He was still pretty serious looking but he was also very personable, professional and gladly answered any questions that we had. More
