The level of service that we received during the purchase of our Infiniti was nothing short of top notch!!! When we walked into the dealership we were warmly greeted by Peter Korallus (who we later found ou of our Infiniti was nothing short of top notch!!! We described to Jeff what we were looking for in a car and he said he had just the car for us. Sure enough he did and around a G37XS. After the test drive we sat down with Jeff and he went over the benefits that come with buying an Infiniti. Although we told him we weren't purchasing a car that night, he was kind enough to stay late to answer the questions we had. Sure enough we were back that Saturday and purchased the car. Jeff is a straight shooter which made the purchasing process very smooth and enjoyable. He saw the deal through from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We worked with Jacob Lubinski to wrap up payment/warranty and he was a pleasure to work with. The dealership was modern, clean and provided great hospitality. I have been in the market for an Infiniti G37x for the past several months. This was the first car dealership that was always honest and upfront during the entire process. I was trading in two vehicles, one was my daily driver the other was my toy (Mustang). Steve personally contacted a speciality auto dealer to try to get me top dollar for my Mustang. During the process of trying to convince my wife over two weeks, Steve keep in contact with me by cell phone, e-mail and even text messages. He was always available to answer any of my questions. We were informed of a special sale they were having for a lease on the car I wanted. They had one left with all the options I desired. Steve was out of town and I did not want to miss out on buying the car. One of Steve's partners, George Charalampous was there to help me out with my purchase. He went above and beyond during the process and keep me informed and happy. George even called Steve on his vacation to let him know that I finally bought the car. George then gave me a box and helped me transfer everything from my two cars. He even had a porter follow me home with a truck to pick up my extra wheels for the Mustang, so I would not have to make an extra trip. After the sale George introduced me to Assad Hamzeh. Assad sat with me and reviewed any questions I may have about service and my vehicle. He then set up my first free oil change and did something I have never encountered when buying a car. He went over every feature of my car from little things like opening the gas door to setting up my bluetooth and my seating memory on the key fob.
