I WANTED TO DO JUST THE OIL CHANGE W/C IS FREE AND TIRE ROTATION.TO MY SURPRISE, A TIRE ROTATION ONLY WILL COST ME $ 44.00!!!.SINCE, I RARELY USE THE TRUCK EXCEPT FOR FAMILY OUTING (NOT EVEN LONG DISTANCE), I`M CONFIDENT THAT I WILL JUST GO FOR THE OIL CHANGE SINCE IT WILL INCLUDE MULTI-POINT INSPECTION ANYWAY.BUT SINCE THE DIFFERENCE IS ONLY 30 BUCKS, I OPTED FOR THE FULL 6 MOS. He answered everything for me the only thing I was upset about I had to pay for a battery for my key it was nothing much at all but the po help full. I brought my Infiniti G35 in for service in the morning and picked up a loaner. Dan met me in the drop off area, getting everything signed and into my loaner I was out the door in ten minutes. Dan was very informative he called me to explain the services that were being recommended and what was performed on my car and estimated cost. Once the car was completed he followed back up with me we a phone call and email. I dropped off the loaner after work and was able to quickly pay for and pick up my car. I highly recommend Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. The dealership is new and the staff treats you exceptionally. More
I was in the market for a very nice SUV and considered Infiniti, Lexus and Acura--all great vehicles. I went to 5 dealerships for each brand and had, by far, the best experience with Jeff Walker at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. First of all, the new QX60 was amazing. But more than that, my experience with Jeff was incredible. I have owned Lexus, BMW and Jaguars so I have experience with luxury brands. I have never been treated better than at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. I mattered to them and they appreciated my business--never rushing or badgering but rather making my car buying experience a true delight. The enthusiasm Jeff exhibits is second to none. He truly loves his work and Infiniti--and it shows. I will be recommending the dealership and Jeff Walker to all I know. More
There is a general feel that this dealership is jsut not top notch, they make lots of mistakes and excercise questionalbe judgement. Example: A passenger in my car commented on a noise which I too thought s top notch, they make lots of mistakes and excercise questionalbe judgement. Example: A passenger in my car commented on a noise which I too thought strange, I take car to the dealership for testing and told no problem was found. After getting a second opinion I took the car back to the dealer to be told it was tire noise and I needed new tires. I bought new tires, which did not resolve the issue so I'm back at the dealership, a little more upset each time, demanding that they check what I believed the problem had been the whole time....sure nuff, it was...thank goodness for the warranty! Not so good being out of the cost of a set of new tires! Next example: car running funny told I needed a part, purchased the part, expected to be on my merry way. A week later same issue, call the dealer who tells me it can't be the new part it must be something else so I take the car in to find out the part they put in was "bad"! Not sure if "bad" means we tried to get away with giving you a not so new part, or we only charged you and really didn't do any work, or our service just isn't that good! Overall its been a history of this with this dealership and it just sucks! More
