My experience here was great! I found the car that I wanted online and was able to get in to the dealership and test drive before it closed. I purchased an Acura TL and it drove just as good as it looked! My salesman Eric Eckert was very friendly and also helpful when it came to providing me with great service. He offered water and got the paperwork done in a fairly quick timing and even had some suggestions for insurance and even after the purchased followed up with a letter to make sure I was happy. In the future I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends! More

Greg helped us pick out a new SUV. We originally wanted the larger Q80, and based on our needs he actually recommended the Q60. We could have afforded it, but he didn't see the need. Usually car salespeople will do anything to create a larger sale, but Greg didn't do that. Great experience, no pressure to buy, and we ended up buying the Q60. Called to make sure it was available and set up an appt. with Bob Polanek that evening to go for a test drive. Bob was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford even though they are an Infiniti dealer. Purchased the Escape that same evening. Have been back to the dealership for a few minor things and everyone at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills is extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Bob Polanek and this dealership to anyone who is car shopping. More
We found a listing online for the car we were looking at a price lower than anyone else for that car , so we decided to go and look at it. Their customer service started at the phone. The Honda car we went to look was just what we were looking for and it was priced well below anywhere else.. Bob Polanek was great he talked us through the process, went on test drive and explained all features and advantages to buying the car. He was very instrumental in our decision to buy the car.
