Leasing Vehicle was easy. Service of vehicle poor. We leased a new QX60 on 6-24 and sales person made this part painless. There was a slight dent in upper panel next to driver window. They ordered part and made appointment to have fixed. Dropped off on 7-8 and was called 7-9 and told was completed and ready for pick up Friday 7-10. Showed up to pick up vehicle and was told vehicle was not there and it had been sent back to body shop as parts came in. Asked why they did not call to let us know not to drive from Bartlett to Clarendon Hills but only had excuse was to many people were involved. Came back on Monday 7-13 to pick up vehicle and it was ready. On the way home we stopped for something to eat in Bartlett. When getting out of car anti-freeze was pouring out. Called emergency Infinity service and they towed car to Hoffman Estates Infinity for repairs to a bypass valve which they fixed quickly and had vehicle back in two days. I had called Infinity of Clarendon Hills to let them know this had happened and I know it was not there fault but I really thought they would have called me back just to check on things but I guess they do not care. I really thought they would have been better but with not contact from them they will never see me again. W. Hayes More
