Horrible EVERY Time GO SOMEWHERE ELSE You would think that after going there a few times they would value me as a customer and show some sort of appreciation, but after my third time here You would think that after going there a few times they would value me as a customer and show some sort of appreciation, but after my third time here I have had enough! This Tony is a character. He is BEYOND RUDE! Instead of helping me he causes additional problems. Regarding my initial problem, he took care of it, but he did not even have the nerve to even come see me when I came in to have work done on the car. I am sure he is a busy guy, but boy was I wrong he sure had the last laugh when his service department caused another problem with my car. Then to make matters worse I call him for about a week and I leave voicemails and he doesn't respond. Finally I here back from him and he literally raised his voice at me and told me that I accused him of wrong doing then went on and on and on and on and on about how he doesn't like how I am talking to him. Seriously?! How in the world is his joker the service manager!! More

We never felt any pressure from any of the staff to look at a particular model and when we selected a model there were many in stock. Going through the financing process was easy with Jacob, any questions we had were answered in full. Even though it was getting close to closing time, Andres showed us all the bells and whistles on our new car so we really understood how to use everything. Andres' patience and friendliness was a great end to our experience that evening. We brought our new certified pre-owned car back a few days later after we noticed a few scratches and Adam was very accommodating by having the car waxed and buffed. We will buy a car from here in the future and look forward to seeing the same staff again. More
A breath of fresh air over other dealerships. I went into this dealership several times and even though I explained I was just looking and that I really wanted a BMW 650i they answered my question I went into this dealership several times and even though I explained I was just looking and that I really wanted a BMW 650i they answered my questions and talked to me over 5 hours over 3 days. They showed me why Infinity was a better choice and on the third day they told me just to test drive anything and I would be happy so I took the coupe out. I was hooked from the start. I asked what color combinations they had and they didn't have what I was looking for in my price range but They were all well priced. My salesman Garrett was a great guy to deal with and very patient. I have been to over 62 dealerships in the last month and this is the first time I felt like I was someone special. Like I was in the family. Peter was great too. Had a lot of fun talking with both of these individuals. I would recommend this place even though I didn't get a vehicle. More

Dealership lowered the price since Timing belt has not being done. Acura/Honda need Timing belt replaced at 105k miles. Was little pushy since it was end of the month for them and they want the sale. I need vehicle quickly before school starts and this was the only TL Type S that was close to me, although I was more than 350 miles away. Agreed to the price and was introduced to Adam Fick and Gary Muller. Paid them a deposit to hold the car. Talked to Adam couple of times and he sat in the vehicle and answered all my questions. Was told there was nothing wrong with the car. I also asked if all the keys and carpet were there and was told by Adam that everything is there. Decided to buy the car and drove 6 hrs from Minnesota with a friend to pick the car. Saw the car and immediately found that car had tinted windows, right rear door panel torn and Adam said only one key avaialbe. I was disappointed at him. Why you did not disclose this to me. Tinted windows no big deal but torn door panel and only one key really made me mad. Adam lied to me over the phone. He told me he will contact previous owner for the keys and to give him a week. So I paid cash and bought the car. Siging paper work took some time too. Also charged me $195 for documents fee. What the xxxx, I paid cash, give a me receipt let me go. I understand if I had financed, lot of paperwork envoled, but I paid cash. After a week I called and emailed Adam several times about keys, kept saying can't get hold of previous owner. I told him to pay for a key and I will pay for programming at an Acura Dealer, which is another 85 miles from where I live, but they refuse to do that. A new key and programming cost $300. Not only they lied to me about the keys initially when I talked over the phone , they did not want to correct their mistake and buy a key for me. Top of that Jacob Lubinski entered the wrong selling price on my State Registration Papers that he filled out by extra $3000. Not professional at all. So for buyers from long distance, be careful what this dealership tells you. For the dealership and Adam, be honest and disclose all the facts truthfully. Customers like honest people and they will come back for your service. YOU WERE NOT HONEST WITH ME AT ALL. More

Adam Fick was my salesman and he was very quick to respond to any questions I had and we had everything worked out before I even had to step foot in the dealership. He was honest and to the point which I respect. I test drove the car, signed some papers (which were exactly the terms we had discussed) and was on my way. Met Gary Muller and Adam Fick for the first time (had talked with both gentlemen over the phone). I was impressed with their knowledge and their willingness to make this experience an extremely easy and painless experience. I was looking for a CPO G37x. Adam showed me several beautiful cars. I made my selection, got a fair value on my trade, purchased the vehicle and was headed back home very quickly. I highly recommend both of these gentlemen and their dealership. One other thing the young man that detailed and explained the features of my new purchase did a fantastic job. Thanks again for a very pleasant experience.
