Eddy was very thorough during the process after I casually walked in to look at a vehicle I was interested in. That vehicle was sold that morning but right after I left the dealership he called to t casually walked in to look at a vehicle I was interested in. That vehicle was sold that morning but right after I left the dealership he called to tell me they found one exactly like it. He kept communication very clear and consistent and when the new vehicle was delivered we brought the entire family and he took the time to keep my 3 girls entertained while we signed paperwork.
