Amazing Dealership I had been car shopping with my grandmother, trying to help her find the right Infiniti, we test drove a few cars but the cars were priced too high an I had been car shopping with my grandmother, trying to help her find the right Infiniti, we test drove a few cars but the cars were priced too high and interest was ridiculous. I realized that a lot of salesmen would love nothing more than to try to take advantage of her and her age. Luckily she brought me along. She found a G37X at Infiniti of Chattanooga, she pondered on her decision for a day and I took her to test drive it. We worked with Daniel Hill and I couldn't have been happier, they did not try to push her into anything, they worked with her on getting her payment where she liked. We kept them there passed closing and nobody complained. I won't lie and say it didn't surprise me at how well we were treated, I showed up in my work clothes, that I was sure would be frowned upon, but I was pleasantly surprised by my greeting I received and the treatment of everyone there. Exceptional Customer Service Let me start by saying how welcoming everyone at this dealership is. I am a mom with young kids and had to bring them car shopping with me. Payton was beyond helpful entertaining them, moving car seats, etc. Not once was he or anyone else at this dealership annoyed by them. I found a vehicle I loved and the manager was able to negotiate reasonably. What happened next is where my review goes from great to exceptional. As I drove off the lot I noticed the A/C was not functioning properly, I immediately returned to there dealership and we arranged a date/time of my convenience to have the problem corrected. They gave me a loaner vehicle nicer than the one I had purchased to drive while mine was being fixed. That day I forgot my drivers license at the dealership and Payton drove it the 20 minutes away to my home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Infiniti of Chattanooga! More
