JJ had great customer service and knew every thing about the vehicle. He displayed great listening skills and was very friendly. I knew the vehicle that I wanted to buy and the day that I went it was later the vehicle. He displayed great listening skills and was very friendly. I knew the vehicle that I wanted to buy and the day that I went it was later in the evening and he stayed past their closing time to show me the vehicle after I chose the vehicle the next day I went to pick the vehicle up and he stayed late again a second time. He went over and beyond. While I was finishing paperwork, he saw my teenagers sitting in the car and he walked over and turned on the car so like I have some air air-conditioning and showed them how to use the Bluetooth so they could listen to their music. Again, doing things over and beyond because of his kind demeanor. More

Today was a great day! I knew I wanted an Infiniti QX80, but I did not know meeting Malik would make it happen!
