⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been a customer of Infiniti of Birmingham for several years and have generally had excellent experiences with both the sales and service departments. Recently, I experienced a cooling syst for several years and have generally had excellent experiences with both the sales and service departments. Recently, I experienced a cooling system issue with my 2017 Infiniti QX50 that required multiple visits and became a frustrating situation. After an initial repair for leaking heater hoses, additional cooling system concerns led to the discovery of a leaking radiator. As a customer, it was difficult to face the possibility of another major repair so soon after the first one. What ultimately made the difference was the professionalism and commitment of Service Manager Crue Carter. Crue took the time to review the repair history, listen to my concerns, personally investigate the situation, and provide detailed explanations regarding the diagnosis. Most importantly, he went above and beyond by advocating on my behalf and securing factory goodwill assistance that covered the radiator replacement. While no one enjoys unexpected vehicle repairs, I believe true customer service is revealed when challenges arise. Crue demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. His efforts turned a frustrating experience into a positive resolution and restored my confidence in Infiniti of Birmingham. Buying a car from Bham Infinity was an all around great experience!! Starting and ending with Tiffany Williams, my sales person. She dots every i and crosses every t before you even have time to ask. She is thoughtful of her client every step of the way. She never leaves you wondering as she walks through the entire process full of patience!! And not being a techy person…… I really needed this!! She totally wowed me when she called me in response to an inquiry I made thru Costco about a car. After hearing a description of the car I was looking for, she sent me 3 videos of cars on the lot that fit my description! She nailed it on the head. The videos were perfect!! So, I met her at the dealership to take a look myself. We went for a test drive. After a long day and narrowing it down to 2, she did not pressure me , but let me sleep on it. The next morning she drove one car and I drove the other to my house to make sure the car would fit into my garage. It did! My time with Tiffany was as if we were just hanging out together enjoying one another’s company. In the end, before I drove off the lot a VERY satisfied customer, she sat in my new car with me to make sure my phone was connected to the car, that all safety features were on and that I could navigate myself through the electronic side of the car. But thankful for my new friend😜! I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany and my experience with buying a new car from Infinity of B’ham!! It is such a friendly up beat environment where the people enjoy working together and pleasing their people. The Sales Manager, Julius, and Finance Manager, Luke, were just as patient with us and sealed the deal perfectly!! We spent more on the car than we had planned but it was worth every last penny of it!! And, before leaving, we enjoyed having an opportunity to grab some dinner boxes from Guthrie’s for Tiffany to share…… she (and many others) went the whole day without eating! Craziness! So dedicated!! She called me the next day so thankful that I was her customer!! If she only knew what a TRUE angel sent by God she was to me! I know I would still looking if it wasn’t for those 3 videos! More
