I had such an amazing experience at INFINITI of Birmingham! My salesman, Ray, went above and beyond from the very start. We did most of the negotiating over the phone, and he even sent me a video t Birmingham! My salesman, Ray, went above and beyond from the very start. We did most of the negotiating over the phone, and he even sent me a video tour of the 2018 Nissan Murano Midnight Edition I had my eye on, answering every question I had before I drove 2 hours to see it in person. When I got there, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Ray worked with me on my trade-in, got me a great deal, and made sure everything was just right. Before I left, they hand-washed my car, buffed the headlights so they looked brand new, and filled it up with gas. I felt so respected and taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend Ray and the team at INFINITI of Birmingham — they made car buying a truly enjoyable experience! 🚘✨ More
