Scheduled Maintenance I brought the vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, upon arriving the service bay, one of the service advisers greeted me and took me in the office, a I brought the vehicle in for scheduled maintenance, upon arriving the service bay, one of the service advisers greeted me and took me in the office, and I was in the customer lunge within 2 minutes. The lunge is clean, comfortable, and with plenty amenities to enjoy. My car was done in less than one hour. I had two other minor things that dealer also checked for me. This is the second time I've visited Infiniti of Kirkland, and every time I am very happy. More

Kerry Brady goes above and beyond to get you what you need. She's extremely knowledgeable about all the cars, service and really anything you need to know. She's my go to person. There's nothing cheap about the vehicle. It's a great car and they do a great job of taking care of you but specific design elements drive up the maintenance and repair costs. More

As always, exceptional service I used to be leery of the idea of owning a luxury car and how it might break the bank for me, however Infiniti of Kirkland has done much to assuage my I used to be leery of the idea of owning a luxury car and how it might break the bank for me, however Infiniti of Kirkland has done much to assuage my fears. They always take the time to go into depth about anything my car needs and treat me the same if I am there to change an oil filter or if I am there for something much more in depth. AJ in particular took really good care of me and my car last time I was there, making sure I knew what was going on and how much everything would cost, which was greatly appreciated. More
Recently I purchased a 2010 G37x. It also had locking lug nuts (with no key) that needed to be taken off and replaced by new ones from Infiniti and some trouble codes that need to be reset. I went into Infiniti of Kirkland on November 27th to schedule an appointment with Chris, presumably a service manager. I work 9am – 5pm during the week so he informed me that I’d need to come in on Wednesday or Thursday because of the extended shop hours. I set up an appointment for yesterday (December 4th) at 5:30pm and left. I was 10 minutes late to the appointment because of rush hour traffic from Seattle to Kirkland. On the way there I tried to call the service department twice to let them know I was running a little late, but nobody ever answered the phone. I walked into the service department and stuck my head into an office where a young woman and presumably a service manager were sitting. I apologized for being 10 minutes late and explained that it took me an hour to get there coming all the way from Downtown Seattle. Right off the bat I was treated very poorly by both of them. I was informed that my car would not be worked on because I was late and the service manager was not going to keep the mechanic around to work on my car since he was already working on another. I pleaded with them to honor my appointment since it was just resetting codes and removing lug nuts but they were very adamant that my car was not going to get worked on. Frustrated, I tried to explain to them that this was my first time taking my car to an Infiniti dealership for service and it was very disappointing to be treated this way. I told the service manager that if they weren’t going to honor my appointment, I would never be coming back to Infiniti of Kirkland. All he said was, “That’s fine.” Shocked and pretty dejected at this point, I went into the showroom to see if I could find another manager (or Chris) to talk to. After talking with the receptionist for a minute, the service manager came running in saying that he’d put me in a loaner and that they’d work on my car today (December 5th). I reluctantly agreed at that point but the incident that happened minutes before was still troubling me. I plan on having this car for the next 10 years or so and I want to have a great relationship with a dealership I can trust. By that point, Infiniti of Kirkland had already lost my business. The manager was pulling my car into the service bay so I tapped on the window and informed him that I wouldn’t be getting my car worked on there and left. I could not believe the way I was treated at Infiniti of Kirkland - I’ve never had such bad customer service. Luckily there are a couple other Infiniti dealerships in my area. More
I took my car in to service after another dealer could not find the problem or give me an inteligent answer for my concern. The attention to detail and "never quit" attitude I felt from the service department made me feel confident they were giving every effort. I am, like many others, an extremely busy person and I don't have time to bounce all over creation to get my car fixed. Within about 3 hours Chris called me to let me know the problem was discovered, parts were ordered, and I would have my car by the following afternoon! That is my expectation of how a dealership should operate and more. Great job I.O.K! You will be seeing me for regular service. More
I hope someone besides the other auto owners reads this--like the Dealership Owner or Infiniti--- I have never had BETTER service anywhere than what Linda Ross provides--she is the absolute best. I have owned Porsche's and Mercedes and the service was good but not like what Linda and your mechanics have provided me.
