This visit, I was told that Infiniti of Bellevue would charge a fee for using my credit card. They had not done this in my prior visits. I paid by debit card. My service advisor forgot to apply the 20% di charge a fee for using my credit card. They had not done this in my prior visits. I paid by debit card. My service advisor forgot to apply the 20% discount on service promotion on additional recommended service I approved after he called me for recommended service. I asked to have my account credited, instead of having a balance on my account. Service advisor told me that he would have to work out with their finance department. Called a week later to find out why my account wasn't credited. I was told they had to cut a refund check. It has been 12 days since I picked up my car. I still haven't received the check. Car drives very nicely, and I am satisfied with the detailing. Infiniti master mechanics always do a great job to maintain my car. More
