Arturo has consistently been professional, patient and flexible with us throughout our ownership of our FX35. He clearly enjoys his role as liaison between customers and the service team. I would've been even happier if the final price didn't have all sorts of unnecessary extras tacked on that artificially bump up the price, but I suppose that's standard fare for many dealerships.
