Don't ever deal with this dealership. I went to lease G37 (based on $319/month TV and internet ads). I experienced sleazy sales tactics, Steve (Sales Manager) could not explain different fees and numbers in (based on $319/month TV and internet ads). I experienced sleazy sales tactics, Steve (Sales Manager) could not explain different fees and numbers in the lease, I had to point out miscalculations few times (i.e. there is no delivery charge for VPP plan, etc). First, they said the region does not buy cars advertised in lease special, then the salesperson did not know about Nissan VPP plan. Fortunately, I had VPP plan materials on my laptop. The dealership, basically, gave me a price (380/month on the lease). When I started to ask about details of the fees and write them down, Steve literally screamed at me and my wife, rudely requested "to leave the premises", and threatened to call the police(!!!). I asked for his full name and a name of General Manager - he refused to provide the names to me. I will definitely complain to the corporate office, but I have to warn everyone to never deal with this dealership. Based on the previous reviews, I wish I saw this site sooner and saved myself a trip and humiliation. More

Infiniti Of Kirkland wants to see infiniti company from hero to zero .. i tried this dealership couple of times for infiniti car, but i think they are the deal breakers. They want customers to go and buy from Toyota or ford but for some reason i dont know why they want customers not to buy Infiniti. Better not to go to this dealership, i could't try infiniti of Tacoma , but the owner is same so i dont wana try.. Thanks God Toyota dealership is not like Infiniti of Kirkland.... More
Customer Service Assistant Mgr is excellent. Eric the Dealeship Mgr is loyal to his bad boss, the owner and can do nothing by himself.. I was cheated into buying the second EX35 while the first one was Dealeship Mgr is loyal to his bad boss, the owner and can do nothing by himself.. I was cheated into buying the second EX35 while the first one was not approved as a Lemon Car. The person who induced me with false info, Miki was fired but the deaslership does not want to take the responsability and give me compensation for the damage of over $20,000. The Nissan Comp should stay with Nissan carsd as they do not know how too behave with customers of luxury cars. More
We went to get into a new FX-35 due to the end of our lease on a '05 FX-35. They changed the numbers after we had a phone quote that nearly doubled the monthly payment. We finally bought a different o lease on a '05 FX-35. They changed the numbers after we had a phone quote that nearly doubled the monthly payment. We finally bought a different one and then was told that they couldn't get financing (although we were preapproved from having a previous lease). We did not get any information about the lease process. After having to return the car, we had to extend our lease. Our fault was not going in prepared. Our last lease was a great experience at Infinity of Tacoma. But the guy we worked with was no longer there, so we decided to deal with Kirkland. After a three week headache we finally bought a car. We aren't happy with it anymore. It's tainted now. Then we got a bill in the mail from Infinity Financial that Kirkland was supposed to get after the resolve of the previous lease. They paid a portion of it, but not all of it. And now we have to get an attorney to resolve it because they are not responding to my letters. I could go on and on with more detail, but you get the idea. Not only will I never step foot in there again (unless it’s to get my money), I will never buy an infinity again because of this. More
Took such good care of my car (and me!) One of the reasons we own two Infinitis from Infiniti of Kirkland is that we are always confident that Linda and Chris, as well as the rest of the service depar reasons we own two Infinitis from Infiniti of Kirkland is that we are always confident that Linda and Chris, as well as the rest of the service department, will always tend to our every need (good cookies, too). I also liked the idea of bringing in a coupon this time, so that even though the service cost more than taking the car to our other mechanic, it helped that the 10% off was available. Great idea! Bought 03 G35 back in 03. Issues with brakes and dealership tired to pass it off as high performance vehicle- Lier's! Got a recall notice from infinity saying they would replace brakes for 3yr/36 mi dealership tired to pass it off as high performance vehicle- Lier's! Got a recall notice from infinity saying they would replace brakes for 3yr/36 miles. Then radio/AC issues started. Was told they had no ides what the issue was but they could replace the parts for about $1,500. Did some research and found that the radio/heater circuit board was defective and a recall was in place. Went back to dealership and they told me my car was out of the recall window Aug of 2002 because it was manufactured in 10/02...two months. This dealership has a bunch of lier's and unprofessional Sales people. Especially the female with the east coast attitude. Stay away from Infinity of Kirkland their lier's and deceptive! More
I have purchased 3 vehicles from Infiniti of Kirkland (2 new and 1 used) and have been involved in two other transactions there, once with my mom and once with my boss. I am 59 years old and I have purchas new and 1 used) and have been involved in two other transactions there, once with my mom and once with my boss. I am 59 years old and I have purchased more cars in my life then is probably prudent but I feel compelled to write something after reading some of the terrible things people have posting regarding such petty issues. The first one is price: Listen folks, the last time I checked, America was still a capitalist country and people are entitled to a profit. Infiniti's have probably the best or close to the best resale value there is, so naturally, you don't get a huge break on price like a domestic or off-brand dealer. Plus, their cars are worth the price you ask. Not that I'm stupid, I ask for a discount and I get it, but I don't waste everybody's time making a ridiculous offer just to hear the sound of my own voice. They make a few bucks and when I come in with a problem they make the problem go away, period. Linda in service is an asset not only to the service department but to the entire Kirkland community, even if you own a different make of car, get an oil change at Infiniti and ask for her, you'll understand what I am saying. Bobby, who runs the service shop is an absolute gentleman. I also have known Mr. Hannah, the owner, for many years and think the world of him. An interesting fact: The head of every department at Infiniti of Kirkland, from sales to service to parts to the front office has been there since the store opened in the 1990's. That sure doesn't sound like a poorly run operation to me. Here's what you do, you go to the store and you ask for Eddie and Eddie is the sweetest man you've ever met, he's also been there since the store opened. You have him introduce you to one of the team (they're all really nice except for one person who talks a little bit too much) and you look at some cars and you go for a drive and you ask for a little discount and if you want free touch up paint you walk over to Dennis in parts and you buy it because it's only $8 or something silly. You get some fresh baked cookies and a cappuccino and you sign some papers and you come back every few months to see Linda. Follow an old gal's advice, you'll be glad you did. More
I have nothing but bad things to say about this dealership. I went in for a used vehicle and came out with a rotten taste in my mouth. They deliberately confused and berated me, played coy games "I dealership. I went in for a used vehicle and came out with a rotten taste in my mouth. They deliberately confused and berated me, played coy games "I'll have to check with my manager" and point blank LIED on several occasions. I have never been so disgusted before. It was so bad, I wonder how these idiots sleep at night. STAY AWAY! More
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Offered one price. During negotiation, number somehow went up $1k after splash guards purchased with several "We Owes" Didn't realize price increase until completing paperwork in F&I's off number somehow went up $1k after splash guards purchased with several "We Owes" Didn't realize price increase until completing paperwork in F&I's office. Since we loved car so much we decided to leave it be. Lesson learned: take digital photo of negotiation sheet each time salesperson goes to the sales manager. I swear the number was changed somehow. Next, once I paid them in full. CS went totally downhill. I had to do the follow up of all We Owes with sales, delivery support, sales manager, etc. Got agreement on all but when it came time to execute, sales manager (Joe) calls me and denies agreeing with swapping out the grille (two days after we agreed in person). Gave me some flack about internal charging to sales versus We Owe. In the end, kept the original grille. Lessons learned: don't back down on they agreed to do. Also touch up paint was another We Owe. I purchased G35xS 2/11. Took delivery 2/17. As of 3/1 still waiting for my touch up paint! Even though this item is less then $15, I am not backing down on this one. Cargo net was installed prior to delivery only because I was super persistent on that one as well. Also, there is no continuity with the sales person. Once I paid for the vehicle Sales basically said "goodbye". Their process is to hand over the responsibility to Lori Madera (nice person, in charge of used car delivery and We Owes). This was part of the problem. How would she know what we negotiated??? Like I said earlier I had to do all the follow up since Sunil either denied all the We Owes or the communication broke down between the three of them (Joe, Sunil and Lori) Lessons learned - be sure to let them know you are the customer, because I was basically treated like a third class citizen after I paid them in full. Deal with Infiniti in Beaverton, OR. I actually worked with them. My instincts were to buy from them, and I should have. Their staff is the great! If I buy another Infiniti, it will definitely be in Beaverton. QUALITY OF WORK: Another "We Owe" was a professional detail and to buff out the rough texture (either from sediment sitting outside for a long period or paint dust). They reportedly did it twice. But when I inspected the car twice, it still had rough texture on about 50% of the car. I found out they never took it to a professional detailer. They only kept it onsite and had one of their high school employees do it themselves. This was very upsetting to me. They had 6 days to do it and never did it. So when I took delivery 2/17 I spent a sleepless night doing the detail myself which involves using a wet/clay bar (had to use two) to remove all sediment then wax/polish after that (took me 7 hours). When I shared my disappointment all they said was "sorry". Also, it took 6 days to deliver my car after payment because they botched the splash guard order twice! First one, the wrong ones were ordered. Second order, guards were scratched up. So they had the third set overnighted which finally got installed 2/17, 4 days after promised delivery! FRIENDLINESS: The staff was your typical smiling sales staff. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Other than the nice lounge full of refreshments, I wouldn't deal with them (in terms of sales). I hear the service department is exceptional but cannot comment more on that until I deal with them. It must have something to do with the next competing dealership in Fife (near Tacoma). It's about 35 miles south and pretty far for most folks. Hence, they are the only Infiniti dealerhip in town. They do great stuff in the community, I'll give them that, wish they would transfer that to me as the customer. Even though I bought a used car, it had only 11,885 miles on it, and I paid over 38K including TTL. Yet, I felt I was not treated as a customer at all after paying them in full. When the Infiniti inner circle (phone survey) contacted me recently, I let them have it. And I hope they follow through with corrective action because I expect some sort of restitution for the most miserable experience I have dealt with at an auto dealership. Infiniti is upscale like Acura, and I expected so much better - new or used. But what I got was even worse than a private used car lot. PRICE: I mentioned above under Customer Service that I ended up paying $1k more than I thought. Something happened between the sales price negotiation paper and the paperwork with the F&I person. This was purely an "online" experience. After realizing the our local Infiniti dealer had no competition and did not need to try we thought to toss our business out of town to the nearby Seattle area (we a the our local Infiniti dealer had no competition and did not need to try we thought to toss our business out of town to the nearby Seattle area (we are in Portland). Here is the bottom line: Infiniti wishes you to believe that the MSRP is the ONLY price they are ALLOWED to sell at. They claim that the MSRP of the car is already as low as possble (in this case nearly $5000 over invoice). Infiniti truly makes a lot on their cars and they are not ashamed to admit it. But they want you to believe it's utterly unavoidable and that some corporate entity has a virtual gun to their collective heads making them rip you off. But if you can possibly be so kind as to understand and buy an Infiniti them perhaps they will be allowed to continue to sell them to you. I was assured that I would love the car despite the price and that in fact I would eventually come to see that it really was worth more! They lost me, despite their "wonderful" car. Is there any Infiniti anywhere that will deal? More
