This dealership treated us like royalty while we were in and ended up purchasing our car. Since we have left the dealership, it has taken me 2 weeks to get a response on status of Keyless remote entry keys and ended up purchasing our car. Since we have left the dealership, it has taken me 2 weeks to get a response on status of Keyless remote entry keys and the installation of Lo-Jack. I never did get a response from the salesman. My communication has been with the gentleman who helped finance the car and one of the managers. What happened to customer service and follow thru? Update: 7/10/12- while at dealership getting Lo-Jack installed found out that part of the communication problems were because of the dealership having & calling our home phone which does not normally get checked for calls & messages. As a result We normally ask people to call our cell phones for contact. Since this information has been updated communication has improved. I still have not had any contact with the salesman but based on the manager I have been working with it sounds like due to nature of the issue with the keyless entry things were better left handled by the manager I have been working with. Lastly, this has been a learning experience for both the dealership and myself. Apparently, Toyota installed keyless entry wiring but based on a call to Toyota Delaership the remote keyless entry is an upgrade that the buyer needs to pay for if they want it. Former owner of our Camry chose not to do remote entry upgrade so all the keys are regular keys and no remote. I am happy to say however that the dealership is working with me on trying to remedy this issue because this was one reason I bought the car. More
This dealership let me buy a new car and take it home. They then called up after the papers were signed and told me that there was an issue with my trade in... We received the contact information of this dealership through Costco Auto. We were expecting a "pre-negotiated" deal without further hassle. We were VERY disappointed. The test drive went well. But as soon as we start talking about the price, I found Matthew is playing the old car buying games with us. He started with a price that is WAAAAY high. Then he is asking us to "make an offer". The price they gave was totally out of proportion of the special deal they advertised. We ended up talking with another Infiniti dealer further north. We bought the exact same model car with $3000+ more optional equipment, at $1200 less down payment and $58/month less payment for the exact 39 month lease term. I'm glad we didn't buy our car at Infiniti of Kirkland. More
I took my car in to service after another dealer could not find the problem or give me an inteligent answer for my concern. The attention to detail and "never quit" attitude I felt from the service department made me feel confident they were giving every effort. I am, like many others, an extremely busy person and I don't have time to bounce all over creation to get my car fixed. Within about 3 hours Chris called me to let me know the problem was discovered, parts were ordered, and I would have my car by the following afternoon! That is my expectation of how a dealership should operate and more. Great job I.O.K! You will be seeing me for regular service. More

This dealership is by far the best and most personable dealership out of any luxury brands out there. No frills or gimicks, straight forward, honest, and they have been there for as long as I have needed dealership out of any luxury brands out there. No frills or gimicks, straight forward, honest, and they have been there for as long as I have needed them (10 years) and longer while other Infiniti dealerships have come and gone. Strongly recomend this dealership for sales and service. More
