EXTREMELY unprofessional! Patrick, finance department actually asks, "where is my money, get my money", then hangs up in the middle of conversation. Stated he was financing the vehicle through his financial institution, after the paperwork was already completed and submitted to my personal institution. At the time of financing, I was told by Russ to finance for 120 days with the Infiniti financial institution, then I could refinance with my institution. Upon asking why 120 days. He said because the loan has to be with their institution in order for Infiniti to receive a $150 bonus. Avoid this dealership at all cost! Filing complaints with the WA Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs. More
Poor customer service Made an appointment for a test drive and talked live to "J.Y." (won't use full name here) on the phone. The car never showed up, so I called. Someone else answered and JY heard he was talking to me (guess in the same room) and she told him she was in the process of typing an e-mail me. In a couple of minutes I got an email informing me at the time of our appointment that my car was not coming because she did not hear from me. JY stated she tried to call me. I have two problems with the professionalism here: 1/ Process - we talked live on the phone and corresponded via email each day this week. 2/ Lack of professionalism - sending an email instead of letting us know on the phone that the car was not coming. I can share the e-mail exchanges if the General Manager is interested in improving the customer service process. More

I brought my beater in for LOF. Didn’t realized that as car aged, many parts are wears and tears as well. But thanks to the DJ at Infiniti of Bellevue. Even though, the recommendations were two pages long, car aged, many parts are wears and tears as well. But thanks to the DJ at Infiniti of Bellevue. Even though, the recommendations were two pages long, but he didn’t pressured me to get all of them done at the same time. He professionally advised me on the priority of the needed repairs. Bottom line is: There are still good and honest service consultants out there. More

A few days later we inadvertently discovered a previously undetected area of prior damage that could have affected the safe operation of the car. When we contacted Infiniti through Eric they readily agreed to fix the damage and followed through as promised. Appreciated the integrity displayed and will proudly display the dealership name on our license plate frame (even though it's not an Infiniti vehicle). More

Her father passed away and this was a way to connect with him( he had a 68 ss rs which he purchased when he came back from Vietnam). It was his 3rd child. We negotiated with Eric and Russ. They came back with a written offer at $53,500. We sent them a message saying we accept the off. I couldn’t get anyone to return my messages or phone calls. I finally got a response after a couple days saying that they would not be able to honor the deal they made with us. They mentioned that nobody wanted to call me to let me know. They said their GSM would not honor the deal. Both the sales manager , Eric , and Russ said they did not agree with the decision made by the GSM . They said Infinity of Bellevue should’ve honored the deal they made. They are correct, they should have stood behind their promise. This is a dishonest business with poor culture and values. Very disappointing that Infinity of Bellevue doesn’t treat their customers with honesty and integrity! More
