Bellevue Infiniti is very friendly! My service advisor Asha kept me informed of my repair and made sure I had a loaner car to drive for the weekend. I was greeted when I arrived by another person but was helped by Asha when we went over the service work. She was great and gave me an accurate time on how long things would take. I just needed an oil cha helped by Asha when we went over the service work. She was great and gave me an accurate time on how long things would take. I just needed an oil change since my tires had been replaced the week prior and the tire rotation wasn't necessary. I went ahead and let them complete the multi-point inspection in addition to the oil change which took an hour and a half. She told me it would be faster if I just did the oil change but the MPI was nice since it includes interior vacuum and exterior wash. I've been taking my car for years and the service has always been top notch. More
