I see lots of good online reviews for Infiniti of Bellevue – my experience was literally Terrible. My wife’s car was recently totaled by a very bad hail storm and her car was her baby. This dealer ha Bellevue – my experience was literally Terrible. My wife’s car was recently totaled by a very bad hail storm and her car was her baby. This dealer had a nice used convertible that she liked, so I worked out a deal with the sales team (emails, phone calls, and texts). As I don’t live in the Seattle area, I was considering flying there and driving the car home or possibly shipping it. The sales team provided me with a quote for shipping at the beginning of the negotiation and that number was reasonable. We then completed negotiation on the car in 2 subsequent calls and, in the last call, they said they double-checked the shipping cost and it had gone up a few hundred dollars more, but that they would explore a few other shipping companies and call me back to get the deposit. I asked if the deal was done as far as the negotiation on the car and their response was YES…so we just needed to iron out a final price on shipping. 2 hours later they had not called to get the deposit or provided an update on shipping cost, so I called and was told the sales guy was busy with another customer. One hour later, the sales team called to inform me they sold the car to a different customer. Technically we had not closed the deal, no contracts signed, and no deposit provided…but I told them this is why people don’t like buying cars from Shady sales people. I know there online posts from folks that are "always disgruntled" and complain for the sake of complaining...that's not me and not the reason for this review...I'm a reasonable guy and Infiniti of Bellevue did not honor our agreed upon deal. I will never buy a car from Infiniti of Bellevue and I highly recommend you avoid this dealer as well. More

Alyssa was great but I thought unnecessary items were added as recommendations and it was a rip off with more than $3,300 in invoice. I had changed tires 2 year back from them and now they recommended ch added as recommendations and it was a rip off with more than $3,300 in invoice. I had changed tires 2 year back from them and now they recommended changing again, I would suggest to be careful as they are trying to upsell and add unnecessary items, this is the first time I felt though I have been servicing from them since I bought the car from them in 2017. More
