Rai was amazing - he made us feel welcome and comfortable. He was very well versed in the knowledge of the vehicle we were interested. This is our 3rd Infiniti and his customer service as well as the rest of the employees at Infiniti of Bayside - including Marvin at the Service Desk (he is our guy!) and Michael (who we signed the documents with) and Jeff (Manager) - were all just wonderful. One of the worst Infiniti dealership in NYC to take your car to get your service done, Don't make them 5 stars reviews fool you guys because they will literally make sure you give them a 5 star even if they car to get your service done, Don't make them 5 stars reviews fool you guys because they will literally make sure you give them a 5 star even if they provide you with 1-star service. I suggest everyone whos going to this dealership to get service done to there car make sure to take picture of everything before you go in because they will charge you for something that has not even been performed or their tech who don't know what they're doing will mess up your car and will blam you for it and after you start to experience problems with your car because of the visit they will hit you with "YOU ARE OUT OF WARRANTY" I have been dealing with this dealership(service) for many years. THEY WILL ASK YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WHAT'S THE POINT OF THE APPOINTMENT IF YOUR GONNA TAKE A LOOK AT THE CAR AFTER 3/4 DAYS. their Service team (Marvin) will hit you with " We're 3 days behind" SO STOP TAKING APPOINTMENTS THEN!!!! even after I spoke to their GM Nothing has been taken care of, but the service manager and the service team won't like you to talk to their GM(Stacy) because they're afraid of losing their job! PLEASE INFINITI OF BAYSIDE SERVICE TEAM IF YOU GET PAID TO DO SOMETHING DO IT RIGHT! AND PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING THEIR IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB PLEASE QUIT BECAUSE THERE OTHER PEOPLE WHO CAN PROVIDE A 5 STAR SERVICE AND DO THEIR JOB THE RIGHT WAY, YOU'RE JUST TAKING THEIR SPOT!!
