The ex[planation was done in a low pressure, professional manner. We went for a test drive and he gave my fiancee and me an even more detailed, non technical explanation of all the features of the vehicle. We proceeded back to the office and based on the test drive and the sales expertise of Ibrahim, we felt very comfortable making a decision on the same day to purchase the car. As far as sales experiences, it was fantastic. The dealership could not make you feel more comfortable and at ease. The entire staff applauds after the sale is made. Corny? Yes, but why not?!!!!! I took a test drive, thinking that It would be just some comparison to have, and after doing so, I became a customer. The total experience was very easy, extremely customer friendly, and I believe that I got a great deal, on a great car from a great dealership. I cannot overstate just how far they go to make you happy as a customer. From beginning to end, I selected a car, did the paperwork and I had the car on the very next day. If you are in the market for an Infiniti, make sure you give this dealer a try. I am confident when I say that you will not be disappointed. Post script to this review. Unfortunately I have two issues with my new car which is only 1 day old. When calling the dealership to get assistance, the customer service that I raved about above seemed to leave a little to be desired now.
