Leasing my first Infiniti Dealing with my first lease I was a bit nervous after hearing certain opinions from friends and family. It was an amazing experience leasing my Q50 premium plus package. My sales rep Jessica did an amazing job helping me get through it and getting on the road in a timely manner. I'll definitely be back to weigh out my options at the end of my lease. More
Friendly service, great staff I was in to buy a new sedan. Liam greeted me with enthusiasm and never once treated me as if I knew less (though I did.). He actually changed my mind and I ended up purchasing a QX50 crossover instead of a sedan. Liam was very professional and upbeat. More
Terrible experience This was my first car ever so I was pretty excited to go in and find out what I can get. All the negative things I've heard about going to dealerships This was my first car ever so I was pretty excited to go in and find out what I can get. All the negative things I've heard about going to dealerships were actually true. First they'll tell you this and that, no we can't give you this etc etc. Let's say you do agree on a price after hours, don't get too excited because instead of giving you the real price that you can get depending on your credit history, they'll play with you for hours, even show you the license plate and put it on the car. Once they run your credit (which will be at the very end, at hour 4 and at which point you'll be tired from sitting there for a while), they'll try to renegotiate instead of negotiating from the beginning using your credit score. Mind you, the person you deal with for the first 4 hours won't be the person who'll be signing off on the final price. You'll be dealing with a sales rep and they have no say in the final price but they'll make you feel like you're about to get the lowest price possible. If you wanna be in and out, ask for a finance manager who will run your credit and sign off on the final price and the car. So hour 1-4 were a total waste of time. We finally drove the car off the lot but before leaving we noticed this brand new car had 14 miles on it. It was raining and we had been there for almost 5 hours so we just left. Next morning when I wake up, I see that there's a piece missing from the front bumper. It's a piece that covers the sensor on the front bumper. I looked everywhere inside the car but it was no where to be found. So I bring the car back to get the molding, mats and the missing bumper piece. Oh, not to mention the infinit connection DID NOT WORK. I had to bring it back for them to reset it or whatnot. This place is in queens and I'm in Staten Island. They should've offered me a loaner, I had to take Uber back to school/work and then train/ferry back home. I called the next day to see if the car was ready, I was told they're just finishing up and we'll give you a call. So, day 2 wasted as I don't have time to sit around wait for their call. I had to go about my day. So I take the ferry/train and then Uber back to the dealership on the third day. On the yellow slip "WE OWE" that they gave me which promised mats and molding, it stated that there would be 10 pieces of mats but they only gave me 4. Do yourselves a favor, skip these mats and buy some real ones. They cover half the area on the driver side and the passenger side. They also stated that the missing bumper piece was in the glove compartment which is just not true....it's a brand new car and as soon as I saw the missing piece, I searched the car inside out so I don't know why they're pinning that on me. Also, they did a multi point inspection on the car. I'm not sure if they used my 1 free complimentary inspection or is it something they do to all cars that are brought in. At first I sent in my complaint through the infiniti of bayside's own website but guess what. The reply I received was a COPY/PASTE from the FAQ section... I can't believe this is infiniti. I asked for specific questions and comments and the reply I got was a textbook response. At this point I contacted headquarters and I received numerous e-mails and calls from infiniti headquarters (Steven from Consumer Affairs) to discuss this issue. I just feel like others should know these little things before going since we're spending a lot of money on these cars. I've nothing against the people who work here, they all seemed very nice at the time they were selling the car. Hopefully other infiniti dealerships have better experience and I hope Bayside is improved in the future. Now the time is coming up for an Oil change and I'm not sure if I have to go to this bayside infiniti to get my complimentary oil change or can I go to any infiniti dealership. More

He looked young so at first I thought he is not going to get me a good deal, he doesn't have the pull or time in the job to pull strings. But I was definitely wrong he know exactly what he is doing and we negotiated back and forth for a while but it was all worth it and exciting for me. By the time everything was done I got a great deal on a really nice car. I had few encounters with Scott Russo on the walk by. He was super nice to me and had a friendly smile. Fawad Hosman was great as well he worked with me. I was still worried about the price but he ensured me I am getting a good deal. He gave me infiniti gifts such as car wash for a short time, window tinting. He talked about his kids which made me feel more relaxed. Overall, I think this was a great experience. I am a young female and I went by myself to purchase a car, I do not feel I was hunted by dealership vultures lol. The staff at Infiniti was cool. :) More

Elvin is very genuine and down to earth which is refreshing compared to some other sales folks I've dealt with who are much more pushy and can tend to be on the pretentious side (no offense). Elvin took his time to work through some of the deals that I discovered in my own research, helped facilitate my negotiations (and give appropriate push back), answered all of my questions, and followed up via phone and text to send me reminders of what I needed to supply on my return visit. I could not have asked for more. I am very happy with the car I purchased and the support I've received so far. A very luxurious experience :) The one piece of feedback that I would give is that at 830pm on Monday when I came by to pick up my wheel locks, the equipment to install them were not available to the few vehicle prep people that were on site. Now I have to drive out there a 2nd time to get the locks put on. I would have the tire tools available to them at night. More
Excellent, stress-free experience I went to Infiniti of Bayside after much calling into many dealerships and checking online thoroughly for the car that had everything that I wanted in I went to Infiniti of Bayside after much calling into many dealerships and checking online thoroughly for the car that had everything that I wanted in it. I was told by someone on the phone that this dealership had it. Right away, I headed over to the dealership even though it was close to closing time. I was greeted by Leo Ye who had a very welcoming face and assisted me every step of the way. We worked out a great deal. I did not have the vehicle that night due to an issue on my side but I solved it the very next day and I was so excited to be able to own this vehicle. Dealing with a dealership can be stressful but I guess it all depends on the person that you are working with. More
