Exceptional Customer Service/ Experience! I was in need of a new vehicle and was DREADING the scary purchasing process. I walked into the Bayside store just to take a closer look at the car I I was in need of a new vehicle and was DREADING the scary purchasing process. I walked into the Bayside store just to take a closer look at the car I was interested in. I had a friend that was taking me to another store the next day to see "someone he knew." I was afraid that a salesman at Bayside would be "pushy" and try to pressure me into purchasing a vehicle there. However, this was not the case at all. Alex showed me the car I was interested in. Although I made it clear I was not purchasing the car there, he was very friendly, and took his time explaining all the extras. To make a long story short, after doing extensive research, visiting two other locations, and consulting with three different leasing companies, I ended up right back at Bayside looking for Alex! Many have expressed that the process would be lengthy and take forever, however, my experience was completely different. I was in and out very quickly. Best experience ever!
