Worst treatment ever This guy Michael Martindale was so disrespectful he was just judging me by the way I look I was purchasing a car cash for over $23000 he couldn't conc This guy Michael Martindale was so disrespectful he was just judging me by the way I look I was purchasing a car cash for over $23000 he couldn't conceive and he's small mid that I had the cash for the car and started questioning where the funds were coming from when I explained to him three times the I was using a bank check .When I told him I didn't want to deal with him anymore he told me to leave what a way to treat a customer very dissatisfied this is definitely not a luxury car dealer. By any means I forgot to mention Chris M this guy went above and beyond to make the deal happen I'm really sorry to say Chris that the actions of your co-workers influence my review More

Bad dealer They sold me defected brand new 2019 infinity qx60.the brand new car had scratches and the touchscreen isn’t working well.i made the appointment for t They sold me defected brand new 2019 infinity qx60.the brand new car had scratches and the touchscreen isn’t working well.i made the appointment for the repair and waited one week for my appointment.they took couple of hours for the repair and sent me home saying that it was fixed.but it was never fixed.i went back to them again and now they are telling me that they have to change whole touchscreen thing.waited 2 more weeks for the parts. Don’t buy a car from here Horrible sales dept, got a 2017 q50 from them not too long ago. Had stained carpets, wasn’t the car the test drove, partly my fault as it was dark and Horrible sales dept, got a 2017 q50 from them not too long ago. Had stained carpets, wasn’t the car the test drove, partly my fault as it was dark and didn’t look closely into it. Still waiting for spare keys. No donut or jack in the car. Please do not buy a car from here. If you do, please check thoroughly after they say they’re getting the car ‘cleaned’. More
Poor service far below expectations for a luxury product Infiniti is our first luxury car purchase and I’ve been flabbergasted to find that Bayside Infiniti service is worse than the Toyota dealership I had Infiniti is our first luxury car purchase and I’ve been flabbergasted to find that Bayside Infiniti service is worse than the Toyota dealership I had been going to. Their annual check up was not thorough and when I called to register a complaint the representative who answered the phone was unbelivably rude. She then transferred me to the service manager, who basically said you’re right, our standard service does not include what you got from the Toyota dealer, apologized and that was it. When you buy a luxury vehicle you should get luxury service and Infiniti Bayside failed miserably here. Will definitely never buy a car from them ever again. More
