Best experience at inifiti of bayside ! 3 of my tires had bubbles in them making the car unsafe for driving my family and I around . Marvin told me “that car is not safe to drive home tonight, I’ll get the job done” and before you knew it he handed me my keys with 3 brand new tires. Completely covered. Thanks again Marvin ! More
WORST SERVICE EVER - STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!! I bought my QX60 from this dealer brand new a few years ago and always come here for service. In the past they scratched up the sides STAY AWAY!!! I bought my QX60 from this dealer brand new a few years ago and always come here for service. In the past they scratched up the sides of my car but made it right by giving me a free future service. This time was much different. During my last visit on 3/5/2019, I brought in my car for an oil change and to repair a scratch on my rim which I was told would be covered under the wheel warranty when I originally purchased the car (it turns out the salesman lied to me and it was in fact not covered and he no longer works there). I came the next day to pick up my car before work. They open at 7am and I arrived at 7:08am. I paid for my oil change and waited for my car. After 20 minutes I followed up with Angelo the service advisor and he said that there were no valets to get my car for me but he would go find one. Another 20 minutes passes and I have get to work in Brooklyn and will be cutting it close for my first client meeting so I follow up again and he tells me that they lost the key for the car in front of mine in the parking lot. At this point I asked him directly - "Are you sure you didn't lose MY key?" To which he answered no definitely not. Another 20 minutes passes and I have to reschedule my first client meeting at work because there's no way I will make it on time at this point after waiting an entire hour just to pick up my car. I go outside to check on them and there is a jumpstarter on my car. This is when he admits to me that they couldn't find my key and when they finally did - it was with one of the technicians and that someone ran over it with a car. They were trying to buy time and had to jumpstart my car to reprogram a replacement key for me. I said I can't wait any longer - can you just give me my loaner back and I'll pick up the car tomorrow otherwise I will miss my second meeting as well. He in turn replied that it would be quicker to make a new key than to do the paperwork over to get another loaner. After another 20 minutes I finally got my car back. This is after an entire 1.5 hours. They always clean your car as part of the service but apparently the car wash was frozen. So Angelo emails me a coupon for a free car wash. When I go to use the free car wash voucher a few days later I come to find out that they don't accept it because I needed to print it out which no one told me. So I was forced to pay for this "free car wash" out of pocket. A few days after that my wife tries to use her key for our car and it no longer works (most likely due to them reprogramming the first key). I was told that I would hear from Angelo's manager shortly after the incident and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called them multiple times and Angelo has not responded. The only person I have spoken to was Emilio who called me. I called him thinking that he was the manager that I was waiting to hear from but in fact he was offering to buy my car back from me. I told him about what happened and he said that he would report it immediately. It has now been over 2 weeks and no one has even attempted to reach out and resolve this at all. Unfortunately I used to be a happy customer and used to recommend people to this dealer but now I will make sure everyone knows to stay away if I still do not hear from anyone. I don't feel that loyal customers should be treated this way. I was looking to purchase my next car from them but how can I at this point. I can't imagine being stuck going back to this service department for life of my vehicles. STAY AWAYY!!!!!! More

On 2/16/19 I was experiencing an issue with my rear tire on my brand new Q60. Marvin and his team quickly assessed the issue and promptly repaired the tire; they also replenished the fluids that my car needed at the time and washed the car when they were done; this is amazing service. I brought in my car and he instantly sent someone to take my car. He made me feel very comfortable by offering me water and snacks that was laid out and the waiting area. The epitome of going above and beyond I came into the Infiniti service department very frustrated because both my back tires were destroyed. I left very happy because I didn’t have to worry about anything while I was there Marvin took my case and did whatever he had to do to get it resolved without me having to lift a finger. A few weeks after my car was fixed I got a form in the mail to fill out I had no idea what to do so I brought it to the Infiniti service department and once again Marvin swooped in like Superman took the form got it filled out and faxed it back to whoever it was suppose to go to without any hesitation. If you need an Infiniti service department. Infiniti of bayside is the place to be everyone there is super helpful no questions asked. More
