This past service was a better experience than the last few.Rep was fast and courteous.Had an issue with the noise on lease,they could not find the issue.Waa sqeezed in and got out quickly.Rep said two tec few.Rep was fast and courteous.Had an issue with the noise on lease,they could not find the issue.Waa sqeezed in and got out quickly.Rep said two technicians tested for issue but nothing was found.This is a concern for such a prestigious level car to be up to all maintenance and now maintenance has expired,isssues are starting.This should not come up at compeletion of term. Wish all visits were like or better than the last one. More

I won’t be back. Customer service is okay but the mechanics are bad. I came there a year ago for brakes and had to come back due to issues related to the work done.. apparently the mechanics forgot t mechanics are bad. I came there a year ago for brakes and had to come back due to issues related to the work done.. apparently the mechanics forgot to do something. I figured that was just an isolated incident. Came there about a month ago and have had several more issues that I wasn’t having before the work was done. I’ve come back TWICE since and continue to have issues. Seems like mechanics are sub par or just don’t really know what they’re doing. Quality of work does not align with the prices. More
