I had my car in for an oil change and it had a problem starting. Turns out I need a new starter. The estimate was almost $1800. I have two mechanics that we regularly use and called them for quotes. One w starting. Turns out I need a new starter. The estimate was almost $1800. I have two mechanics that we regularly use and called them for quotes. One was $880 and one was $950.
