We are sorry to hear that you feel you paid too much for this service. Some Infiniti vehicles take about an hour and some take upwards of three hours to install A new wheel bearing. Unfortunately I do not have enough information to assist you in finding an explanation for the repair charges. Service manager responded to me and explained the book manuals used to determine the amount of labor hours that should be charged on a service. He also confirmed the company’s charge per labor hour. I appreciate him getting back to me.
