INFINITI Stuart - Service Center

My oil change and air filter replacement took 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete. Unacceptable!!!!! The service center wasn't even busy that day. That's total xx!!!!! When I first dropped off my vehicle, 15 minutes to complete. Unacceptable!!!!! The service center wasn't even busy that day. That's total xx!!!!! When I first dropped off my vehicle, the service rep told me it would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete. And I just sat there and wait the whole time. I did not get any communication or reasons why it would take so long. I have never waited this long for an oil change. Will not go back again. More

Well George had me sit in the lobby for over an hour only to say that there was no issues with my car ! if so take the car to another infinity! I will have my manger reach out to you on Monday the 11! He placed the keys in front of me and left . I have pictures and videos to prove my case . By the way Infinity of Stuart charged me over what was showing on my invoice. I got robbed by infinity! Obviously no one cares I never got a call from any manager ! Infinity of Stuart should close and retrain their employees! If I could give a zero instead of one star I would. More

Took my truck in to the service department to fix four wheel drive and do a tire rotation well after keeping it a week the four wheel drive wasn’t fixed and they lied about rotating tire because the tire wheel drive and do a tire rotation well after keeping it a week the four wheel drive wasn’t fixed and they lied about rotating tire because the tire I was having a problem with was still in the same position I ended up taking it to the Ford dealership to get it fixed So 300.00 was wasted and I’ll never bring it back to Infiniti again definitely not a honest service department More

Infiniti of Stewart sucks. They are understaffed and the turnover is unbelievable. Customer service is very inadequate and the service guy George. Sucks as well. in the last month, I have had to bring my vehicle in six times and I was told I needed to buy four brand new tires from them which I really did not need. They kept saying they fix the problem and the minute I left the dealership the problem was back, the wheel turns to the left once you are going 50 mph on a straight smooth road. There are many recalls on the Q5, but it seems that Infiniti of Stuart could not be bothered. The only saving Grace there was my service advisor Whitney.
