Car picked up Mon. 6, 2019 loaner car until May 8th. Dont understand why this was not fixed Saturday, car there all day. Too late to take back Saturday, they were closed. so we brought car back to Jupiter, dangerous rain storm.. Problem found Monday, part had to be ordered. this was listed as a problem on Saturday all the things done, this was not addressed and repaired until we brought to attention again. This is not my first issue with Infiniti Stuart. Car damaged through their car wash. I had to bring back when repair person there. Lots of inconvience. More

Bad first time experience Brought my vehicle in for glaze coating on the outside and inside from what I was told I also asked to check the shake in the steering wheel. I went back late afternoon to pick up my vehicle and was very disappointed, my vehicle was all dusty, scratches on the hood and nicks on the hood, drivers side window had a scratch about eight inches long on it and a rust spot from a razor on the top of the back of the vehicle. They glazed over pollen on the car and we were very unhappy at this point, a man came out who said he was the manager and later we found out he was not. He argued with my husband about what was done claiming it must have been that way when we brought the car there and when my husband laughed about it, he told us he was done and to leave the car lot he was not dealing with us. I told him we need to get this all straightened out and that he was not being very nice. We were told to bring the car back next week and they will see about the scratch on the window To say the least we are very unhappy and not sure what our next step will be. More

Excellent Job by the Infinity Service Team I have been bringing my vehicles in for years to Stuart Infiniti. Each time I am treated like part of the family! My vehicle was serviced in a timely I have been bringing my vehicles in for years to Stuart Infiniti. Each time I am treated like part of the family! My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner as I watched from the waiting room of the dealership. These guys do a great job of making you feel comfortable if you decide to wait.
