The service writer was equally committed, and she explained that she would try to get the electronics examined if possible. It was great! Oil changed. Tires rotated. Fuse replaced. Everything checked. I was given a careful explanation about brake and tire wear. Absolutely five star service! More

After getting my oil changed a little earlier than required because I was going on a long trip, I received a call offering me 25% off the price of the recommended services. What recommended services? No one told me I needed additional service. I drive a lot, 100k miles in 3.5 years and only get service at Infiniti Stuart and always do what they recommend. No one told me I needed to have my power steering serviced - Critical is what the email said when they finally sent me the info though the representative on the phone said it was optional, not an issue. What a confidence killer. Have all the services I’ve been told are critical perhaps an exaggeration to get more business or am I now on my extended trip with a power steering system that is going to fail me? Not a happy customer at this point. More
