First time and I had a great experience. I gave the dealership five starts because I feel they deserved it. Customer service was very good. When I arrived the young lady Nicole was very pleas I gave the dealership five starts because I feel they deserved it. Customer service was very good. When I arrived the young lady Nicole was very pleasant and polite. Then Darren was also very attentive and showed me the waiting room and the goodies that I was welcomed to enjoy them. Which I did.! Also, Darren sat with me to sign the papers and explain what was I signing, he even wrote reminders for me on sticky notes which I really appreciated it. More

They are plain terrible, They do not return phone calls, cannot fix a battery problem on a car with 16,000 miles. Replaced battery and it still go dead in three days.
