Ordered a part under warranty for the sunroof 3 weeks in advance of my schedule appointment. Web u arrived fir my appointment, I was told the wrong piece was ordered and I needed to have the entire sunroo advance of my schedule appointment. Web u arrived fir my appointment, I was told the wrong piece was ordered and I needed to have the entire sunroof piece replaced. My question, who dropped the ball on the first assessment of the sunroof? Now I have to waste another Saturday at the dealer. More

SERVIVE ON 03/07/2020 I've been there for service many times.....this time was a bit unusual, my car was brought back to the bay on 3 different occasions on the same visit. Great service from start to finish! Arrived without an appointment, was greeted immediately upon arrival. Spoke with ASM let him know what I was there for.
