Mary is the best in service I have been a loyal customer at Stuart Infinity since they arrived in Stuart. Nothing but the best from the service people. This last appt. yesterda I have been a loyal customer at Stuart Infinity since they arrived in Stuart. Nothing but the best from the service people. This last appt. yesterday was disturbing in that I was notified because of a written notice that if I paid by credit card I would have to pay and additional 2.5 % of my bill. This tells me two things. First, it conveys to me that Stuart Infinity is feeling the pinch (as we all are). With a high end dealer this conveys that Stuart Infinity May be having more serious financial hardship that may possibly lead to closing. With that concern, I am very concerned about buying a new vehicle at your dealership. Second, you have instituted and additional charge to customers without ever notifying them of this in advance. Love the service but very reserved and disappointed about your marketing and financial future! More

Ordered a part under warranty for the sunroof 3 weeks in advance of my schedule appointment. Web u arrived fir my appointment, I was told the wrong piece was ordered and I needed to have the entire sunroo advance of my schedule appointment. My question, who dropped the ball on the first assessment of the sunroof? Now I have to waste another Saturday at the dealer. More
