It has been a definite disappointment and almost turned my decision from buying the car that I bought. which hasn’t been finalized yet since it is on a train and I need it by 8/6 and they could not guarantee that. That I understand. It is the lack of communication that has occurred since I first visited the show room about three weeks ago. The last thing I asked of my sales representative was that she keep me in the loop. I know nothing more than the day I walked out of the show room after signing paperwork. More
