Whitney was amazing. I was having some problems with my Apple car play and she took the time to figure it out for me even though it turned out to be my phone settings an I was having some problems with my Apple car play and she took the time to figure it out for me even though it turned out to be my phone settings and not a car issue. She also showed me how many other settings worked which I hadn't yet learned even after having my QX 80 for a year. Definitely the best service advisor I've ever experienced. She is professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Will request her at all my services. More

Ridiculously high service fees. That make no sense other then making them money. They push a lot of extra services on you that you don’t need. They make it sounded like they are doing you a favor. Then you end up with a loan that is 8,000 higher than you wanted. That is financed for 5 years instead of 3 so they can make money off the interest on the loan. Then you have a payment that is Higher than you can afford. I understand that I should have checked the service fees over and questioned the numbers. But they keep handing you papers to sign while talking like they are helping me when they were only helping themselves. My bottom line was $15000. Which would have been perfect. Till they added the 8000. Worth of service fees. Then I was stuck with a loan I can’t afford. For a much longer period then I ask for and a higher payment.They push there finances on you because they want all the extra money from the interest. An when you go back and ask if there is anything they can remove to help make the loan more affordable they tell me to refinance in though someone else. I wanted to use my credit union and they talked me out of it. I feel they took advantage of an old person to put money into their bank account. Basically they took my trade in and the money I put down and replaced it with all of there fees. Now I have nothing to show for it, but a much higher loan then I would ever have wanted. An a much higher payment for twice as long . I figured it out and if I kept that loan that car would cost me almost $15000. In interest alone. The finance man just kept saying I’m gonna take good care of you. You don’t have to worry about it. I realize now I should’ve been paying much closer attention. This is on me for believing that they were trying to help me, I learned a hard lesson at a point in my life that I really can’t afford to. . Now I have to pay for it. But I will make sure to let everyone know not to trust them, not to believe them. I. I told them my Financial situation. And that my husband is very ill. And they still Took advantage of me. I should’ have gone back to the dealership sooner. But I had issues I had to take care of, but When I did go, I was basically told I’d have to refinance through someone else and try to drop some of the unneeded service fees. I feel that they should’ve been able to do that even if they had to redo the paperwork. To help a customer and not to take advantage of them. This whole experience has been a nightmare, very stressful, and I don’t feel like they were willing to help me in any way once I signed off on the paperwork. Hard lesson learned. Don’t believe anything they say and double check all of the paperwork and fees!!!! More
