Horrible! ! Crooks! We are a two Infiniti car family. We took car for repair a month before it was out of warranty. We told them the problem, they said it wasn' ! Crooks! Now after it's out of warranty they said the problem we reported is the problem! They won't warranty it! True story... Zero integrity... Lost all my confidence in Infiniti and the loyalty they had built up. The cars are ok but not great but always thought at least the service and integrity could be counted on.. they cannot! More
