My husband and I thought we would be at the dealership for at least 4 hours, but the whole process from start to finish was maybe 2 hours and the only reason it was even that was because we had to empty out our old car we were trading in. Everyone took their time to explain everything to us, from Jeff the manager, to Blake the salesman, to Esther (who took her time to show us every single function in our car and even helped us sync our phones and program our seats), to Beckie in financing.
