I am very displeased with the way service was handled on my Infiniti at Infiniti of Orland Park on December 20th, 2010. On Friday, December 17th my 2008 Infiniti G35x died out during rush hour traffic o my Infiniti at Infiniti of Orland Park on December 20th, 2010. On Friday, December 17th my 2008 Infiniti G35x died out during rush hour traffic on a major expressway in Chicago. I called roadside and as I was taking to them and explaining what happened I was able to restart my car after trying about 10 times. I felt it was safe to drive my car home in the right lane. I called Infiniti of Orland Park to schedule an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for Monday, December 20th at 9:45am and a loaner car would be available. My wife and 15 month old daughter took the car in and Mr. Ryan Willard was the Service Advisor. Mr. Willard told my wife to wait 15 minutes to see if the computer on the car needed to be reset after 15 minutes he told her they were testing the battery. An hour later I called and spoke to Mr. Willard and he asked me “if the car was ever jumped started or used in a jump”, I told him no. He then said “there are markings on the battery as if it was”, I again said it wasn’t then Mr. Willard said “what it came from the factory like that?” At this point the lack of professionalism and not getting my wife and screaming 15 month old daughter in a loaner car was unacceptable. I explained to him that our conversation could wait he needs to get my wife and daughter into the loaner as it should have been done at 9:45am not 10:45, I asked to speak with the service manager. (As I was speaking to Mr. Scott Sedlacek, Mr. Willard asked my wife why I was getting so defensive. Defensive? I was angry and very dissatisfied with the loaner situation and lack of professionalism by Mr. Willard) Mr. Sedlacek said he didn’t know why my wife wasn’t given the loaner car at 9:45. He talked to Mr. Willard and a loaner car was now being given to my wife and screaming daughter, an hour later. Mr. Sedlacek was very professional and understood my concern with the whole situation. It is unfortunate the situation had to be escalated to him. As my wife was getting the loaner I called National Tire and Battery, where I have my oil changed, and asked them if they test the battery each time for voltage and the manager said of course. So I called Mr. Sedlacek back and told him that is where the marks came from. Needless to say Mr. Willard should have never accused me of using my car to jump start a car. His comment of “what it came from the factory like that?” was unprofessional and uncalled for. This is my first time taking my car in for service and now that I see how Infiniti customers are treated I will never purchase an Infiniti from this dealership. Last week Thursday, I took my wife’s Jeep Patriot to Bettenhausen Dodge in Orland Park and received outstanding service and had no problem with a loaner car. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I sent my wife to take my Infiniti in for service because I expected to have superior service and no problems at Infiniti of Orland but I was completely wrong. I will always go to Infiniti of Lise for service and to purchase my cars. More

I was told after the car was suppose to have been assessed that the issue was ball berrings. i paid more than 2,300 dollars in repairs only to still have the same issue. I immediately caled back with my concerns only to have Ryan, the service manager on duty and Robert another employee to try to charge me an additional fee, at their discounted rate, but not own up to their techs oversight. When questioned bout why the tech did not see this problem originally Ryan would only say we checked what the complaint was, never that the tech did a diagnosis. They appear nice but very passive agressive and not to be trusted! More
I brought my vehicle in for service. I requested Service Advisor Ryan Willard inspect my rims for any scratches prior to work. He inspected the vehicle and rims and noted no scratches on the rim. The vehicl Advisor Ryan Willard inspect my rims for any scratches prior to work. He inspected the vehicle and rims and noted no scratches on the rim. The vehicle was worked on, and sustained damage. I pointed this out to both Willard and Scott Sedlacek who denied any wrongdoing after Willard had noted no problems with the rims. Scott Sedlacek was argumentative, threatening and even threatened to call the police because I questioned his mechanic's workmanship. Scott Selacek said we don't want your business and too bad. He then agreed to replace the rim with one from a new vehicle, but "Karl" the mechanic pointed out to Willard and Sedlacek that the rim had a factory defect. I refused to put a defective rim on my vehicle after my original rim was damaged at the dealership. Manager Frank Meechia could care less about my concern with the dealership. His response to the problem was to call Infiniti. This dealership treated me like garbage. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. Caveat Emptor!!!! More
