Extremely Disappointed I've been a loyal customer of this dealership for nearly eight years, but my recent experience with their service department has left me extremely disappointed. During a routin this dealership for nearly eight years, but my recent experience with their service department has left me extremely disappointed. During a routine headlight bulb repair, the service department not only caused the issue but also had the audacity to demand an assessment fee for their mistake. To make matters worse, they hung up on me while I was simply requesting repair information. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a dealership I've been patronizing for such a long time. I'm currently in the market for a new car, and I can confidently say that I will not be returning to this dealership. The way they operate reminds me of Ford dealerships in the 1970s, and Infiniti definitely has some work to do in improving their customer service standards. More

The service desk members talk too much and play too much. If they aren’t on their phones they are playing as if they don’t have work to do. The mechanics spend too much time playfully chatting at the service If they aren’t on their phones they are playing as if they don’t have work to do.
