The repair was made, which was good. However, I was given a list of services that needed immediate attention. The problem was the filters were brand new. Also, once I have the brakes replaced, the brake fluid will increase. The only services that need addressed on the list were rear brakes and transmission fluid. You should not be allowed to put services that don’t need to be made on a list. Luckily I had just replaced the filters so knew you didn’t even look at my car’s filter. More
Frustrating experience after purchasing a new car with tire, rim, dent and windshield protection and being told I have to pay $97 for a tire replacement due to a nail in the tire wall. This was less than 30 days after purchasing a new 2024 Qx60. In addition I had to come back to the dealer twice for not having the tire in stock after scheduling an appointment 6 days prior. Also the finance team incorrectly tagged and title the wrong car and had me driving around for days with the incorrect paper work. More

I started using this dealership when I moved from Texas to Illinois during Covid. I had come to expect a certain level of service from Infiniti as a whole and initially this dealership had fallen short of to Illinois during Covid. I had come to expect a certain level of service from Infiniti as a whole and initially this dealership had fallen short of that, however on this last visit I was greeted as soon as I pulled my car into the service center. My service representative came to the car and we went over why I was there. I mentioned to him that I had a 5 year old with me and did not want to sit in a dealership all day (as I had done in the past because of lack of communication). He responded appropriately and helped me get out of the car and was very patient as I needed to grab some things for my grandchild. He thoroughly explained what was going on and the recommendations but recognized that I may not be able to have the work completed at that time. I agreed to have the work done and he has me ready within as hour and a half. A sales representative showed me how to look for deals the dealership may be offering and my service representative processed my discount. Since the weather has turned bad since arriving he graciously pulled my car back into the service center drop off so I didn’t have to try to get my grandchild in the car out in the elements! That is the service I love and expect from my dealership! They will definitely be my first choice for a purchase of my next vehicle as long as this type of service continues. I felt extremely appreciated for being a loyal customer and appreciative of their welcoming spirit. More
